MaviKai will be an SEC-registered Cardano-based crowdfunding platform that empowers individuals to make direct equity investments in innovative Web3 projects with security, transparency, and ease. W3i has completed SEC registration and plans to tokenize its equity on the Cardano blockchain in the coming months, enabling seamless trading on our regulated securities marketplace.
